As much as I appreciated the amazing Roman history and in awe of actually being present in such a famous ancient city, it did feel like a race in trying to tick off as many sites as possible in two and a half days. Not the best when your nose is like tap work and your head muggy and heavy.
As such, I didn't end up taking as many photos in Rome, but here are some snippets!

I'm still bummed that we completely forgot to visit the Spanish Steps - I wanted eat gelato leaning on the steps like Audrey Hepburn in 'Roman Holiday'!
